Abstract
Each of four panelists, including Knuth, address the question: In what sense is spiritual inspiration a relevant concept in computer science? This is considered in connection with computer science generally, with respect to robots/artificial intelligence, with regard to creativity in mathematics and computer science and life, with events and behaviors having purpose.
