Abstract
The engineering program at College of the Ozarks is developing an Engineering Passport to Student Success to help students understand, develop, articulate, and document the qualities we expect of our graduates. Motivated by feedback from alumni, faculty, and other program stakeholders, the passport includes the curricular, cocurricular, and extracurricular activities that can help students develop those qualities. Students will be able to associate the development of the desired qualities with events throughout their academic career to build a roadmap of their professional and personal development. The passport a work in progress and will be provided to the students in an electronic format to facilitate inclu sion of media, links, reflection essays, and other artifacts as the Engineering Passport to Student Success is refined and adapted to the needs of the students and faculty.
