Abstract
Franciscan University Engineering (FUS) has as its goal the formation of its students in Christian virtues pursuant to their vocation as engineers. This paper describes the motivation and organization of a series of retreats that intersect between vocation and identity formation and connecting students to professional virtues that support their development as Christian men and women and as competent engineers.
