Abstract
The article focuses on how technology is affecting the religious practice of the Christian youth in the U.S. To determine the influences, a study was conducted by the polling firm The Barna Group. It was revealed that the young generation are more conversant with technology, forming part of what is called digital tribes. Consumer culture and the media also influence them. The rise of this digital, urban tribes is seen as influential to the spiritual trajectory of the emerging generation.
